12. Mentor Policies

Pricing

Initially, session prices for new mentors are set by the platform to ensure consistency and fairness. Once a mentor has successfully completed at least two sessions, they will have the ability to set their own pricing for future sessions.

Payment Terms

Mentor earnings will be credited to their registered bank account within 3-4 business days after session completion. A small platform fee is deducted from each transaction to cover operational costs and payment processing. The exact fee percentage is communicated to mentors during onboarding.

13. User Policies

Refund Policy

Campus Connect maintains a no refund policy for booked sessions. Once a session is confirmed and payment is processed, refunds will not be issued under normal circumstances.

However, we may consider refunds in the following exceptional cases:

  • Technical errors from our platform that prevent the session from taking place
  • Mentor no-show without prior notice or rescheduling
  • Other exceptional circumstances reviewed on a case-by-case basis

Rescheduling Policy

If you need to reschedule a booked session, please notify us at least 10 hours before the scheduled session time. To request a reschedule, contact us at contact@campus-connect.co.in with your booking details. Rescheduling requests made less than 10 hours before the session may not be accommodated, and the session will be considered completed.
